1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping across the entire United Kingdom only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.

Our UK delivery coverage includes, but is not limited to:

• England

• Scotland

• Wales

• Northern Ireland

• Major cities, counties, towns, and residential areas within the UK

Delivery to remote or less accessible locations may require additional transit time depending on the carrier’s routing and local conditions.

2. Shipping Fees and VAT

• Shipping Fees
  All orders placed on our website qualify for free shipping. No additional standard shipping charges apply.

• VAT Information
  Product prices are displayed in accordance with applicable UK pricing requirements. Where VAT applies, it is included in the listed price or clearly shown during checkout. The total payable amount is fully transparent before order confirmation.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

• Business Hours
  CET 9:00 – 17:00

• Order Processing Cut-Off

• Orders placed and successfully paid before 17:00 CET will have their processing time counted from the same business day.
• Orders placed after 17:00 CET will begin processing on the next business day.
• Orders placed on non-working days will be processed starting from the next available business day.

4. Order Handling Time

Once payment is confirmed and order details are verified, we proceed with order preparation, including picking and packing.

• Handling Time:
  1–3 business days

Handling time does not include the shipping transit period.

5. Shipping Transit Time

• Estimated Delivery Time:
  The total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, or other factors beyond normal operational control.

6. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers selected based on destination and operational requirements, including:

• DHL Group

• FedEx UK

• DPD UK

• Royal Mail

• CitySprint

The carrier is assigned automatically. Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch.

• Address Accuracy
  Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or delivery failure.

• Shipment Tracking
  If supported by the selected carrier, tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

• Unforeseen Delays
  Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances such as extreme weather, high shipping volumes, or other unexpected events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and updates when such situations arise.
