Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Welcome to Cottagobase (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy explains the conditions, timeframes, and procedures applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a clear and consistent experience.

1. Return and Exchange Validity Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within the applicable 30-day period.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned together with the item.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for return.

  • After approval, prepare the item for return using the original packaging where possible.

  • Send the item back according to the provided instructions.

Please note:
Returned items must remain in good condition. If the item shows signs of damage or use, the return request may be rejected. For your convenience, a return label is included inside the package.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed as follows:

  • Contact customer service within the return and exchange validity period.

  • Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  • Once the exchange request is approved, return the original item following the return process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

5. Refund Process

After the returned item passes inspection, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the bank card originally used for payment, including:
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

  • Refund Timing
    The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing efficiency of the issuing bank.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method and cannot be redirected to another account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature or hygiene considerations. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

7. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

  • Shipping time is not included in the return or exchange validity period.

  • Retain proof of shipment until your return or exchange is fully processed.
